Returns:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please email us within seven days after receiving the wholesale merchandise. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Refund of the purchase price (less shipping) to be given upon receipt of the wholesale products in original unopened packaging. No returns will be accepted without authorization.

Shipping:
All of our wholesale products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hartford, CT.

We ship via USPS or UPS.

We ship out five business days a week.  Most orders shipped out same day.

You will receive a tracking number once the wholesale merchandise has been shipped.

We ship multiple items together to save our customers money.

We normally ship customer’s orders within one to two business days of receipt of your order.

International shipping is also available through Bongo International.

We ship all international packages through USPS. There are no expected or guaranteed delivery dates due to customs. Most but not all shipments can be tracked with your customs number provided depending on the country. We have no control on how long shipping takes when it leaves our warehouse in the US. Some packages may take longer if they are stopped in customs. If there are any problems we will be happy to assist you. We are not responsible for international customs duties or taxes, if any.
